How do I know when my order is ready for pick up?

You will receive an email confirmation from Penguin Pick Up when your order is ready for pick-up. It will usually be after 4 PM on the delivery day. If you do not receive an email by 6 PM email us or call your penguin pick up location.

How long do I have to pick up my delivery?

Your order will need to be picked up on SAME DAY as it was delivered. If you're unable to pick it up on the same day, please call the penguin pickup directly.
