Gluten Free Pancake Mix (425 g)
Ingredients: Rice Flour, Flax Meal, Tapioca Starch, Baking Powder, Romano Bean Flour and Sea-Salt.
Directions: 1 Cup pancake mix. 1 1/4 liquid mix with whisk stand for 2 to 5 mins. Pour batter into pan for size required, par cook, flip over finished cooking. You can add sugar, dried or fresh fruit to batter or left over veggies, cheese or diced meat for savoury pancakes.
